About 1500-Year-Old Cave
80–90 days. Pole bean reputedly found in a pitch-sealed clay pot in New Mexico, then given to a Minnesota homesteader living in New Mexico. Kidney-shaped white and maroon beans can be eaten at the green shell stage or dried. Matures late, but prolific.
Perhaps also called Anasazi Beans, New Mexico Cave Beans, and Aztec Cave Beans.
