About Wild Prairie Baby's Breath

For most of July and August, airy clusters of half-inch white flowers with yellow and green centers cover a mound of bluish green foliage. Leaves turn gold, orange, and red in the fall. Avoid the irritating sap common to all Euphorbia.

It's hard to believe this plant is the same genus as a big red poinsettia, A few of its common names are Flowering Spurge, Milk Purslane, Snake Milk, Tramp's Spurge, Redneck Baby's Breath, and Wild Hippo—we understand all except the last one. Here's a nice online piece about it.
