About American Snowbell

A carefree, undemanding, and tidy shrub. In a Minnesota winter, its branch tips may die back 2–3", but this does not affect its bloom in mid-June. Begins flowering when 2 to 3 years old. Native to moist, acidic soil, but adaptable. Grows 6–10" a year. Deer-resistant.
