In April, pink buds open to fragrant white flowers, producing a heavy crop of early-ripening fruits. Yellow 2” fruits are sweet with some acidity, good for eating fresh and for preserves. Yellow fall foliage. Introduced by the U of M. Requires another apricot cultivar for pollenizing. Sungold is recommended.
