Small, round-petaled lavender-blue flowers cluster together in 3" domes like Queen Anne's lace blossoms. Slight sweet fragrance.

One common name was Blue Parsley-Wort. Not quite as nice-sounding as Blue Lace Flower.

Blooms summer to frost. Silvery, feathery leaves. Lasts seven to 10 days in a vase. Well-drained soil. Introduced from Australia in 1828. Also known as Trachymene caerulea.
