If you don't have proof of vaccination and are not able to test in advance, there will be rapid testing available at the sale, convenient to the wristband/check-in area in the Garden Fair.
The Minnesota Water Garden Society (MWGS) will be outside in the Garden Fair, selling a wide variety of water and bog plants (also good for rain gardens), both hardy and tropical, as well as goldfish, shubunkin, and koi.
