About Hedou Tiny

30 days. Bite-sized micro bok choi, with crisp white stems and dark green leaves. Legend says that it was grown by an old man who shared seeds with fellow villagers with the request that the variety remain in his village. However, seeds were stolen, and these miniature plants spread and became popular in Hong Kong and eventually throughout China.

About Bok Choi

One of the oldest of the Asian greens. Stalks are mild and crunchy while the leaves are pleasantly tangy; each has different cooking times, so it's like getting two vegetables for the price of one. A cool-weather crop.
