Wristband Texts
We are no longer posting individual wristband group admission times on Twitter.
Instead, on the day you're shopping, you can sign up here to get a text message when it’s your turn to shop.
You can also sign up to find out when wristbands are no longer required that day.
Sign up on the day you're shopping, either after you receive your wristband or sometime on that day if you just want to know when we're no longer requiring wristbands to enter the sale.
You can sign up for text messages and see live updates to estimated entry times here. Note: this link works on the days of the Plant Sale only.
When you sign up, you are only asked for your phone number and wristband number. We delete all phone numbers after the sale is over.

Estimated Wait Times
Depending on when you arrive, you may need to wait to enter the sale after you receive your wristband. Generally, if you want the best selection of plants, plan to arrive earlier in the day, and if you want smaller crowds, come later in the day.
Below is information about our average wait times, based off our entry data from 2025. All times are estimates, and not a guarantee of entry time.
Friday morning is bustling, festive, and full of lots of gardeners excited to get their plants! Be prepared for longer wait times: you can visit with the exhibitors in the Garden Fair, or, if you have a longer wait time, leave and come back when your group number is coming up.

Saturday morning is similar to Friday, though not quite as busy. The afternoon is very relaxed.

Sunday can be a wildcard, since it depends on how many plants we have left. It’s a busy day, but wait times are usually not as long, and shopping is faster, too.
