Flowers are open and out-facing, with four to six petals. A reliable bloomer from early summer to fall, its stems become woody and self-supporting as the plant matures. Use at the base of a trellis-grown vine that’s become leggy or leave it to ramble. A low-maintenance clematis. Winner of Award of Merit from RHS.
