About Bowles Golden

Narrow grass-like leaves are bright greenish yellow. A nice companion for yellow-variegated hosta. Requires consistent moisture, or can be planted in 2–3” of water at the edge of a pond, where its reflection will be brilliant. Known to be hardy in Saint Paul. Grows slowly. Cut back in early spring. 1993 RHS Plant of Merit.
