75–85 days. Softball-sized fruits with bright orange-yellow skin and a fragrant, tart, white interior. Seeds donated to Seed Savers by a Minnesotan whose grandmother, Mary, baked pies with equal portions of this melon and apples. Harvest while still firm for best cooking quality.
