About Titania

Mild-flavored, glossy black berries usually ripen all at once. Appreciated for late-season blooming (good for northern gardens) and enhanced resistance to white pine blister rust. Developed in Sweden by Pal Tamas as a cross between Consort, Kayaanin Musta, and Altaskaya Dessertnaya.

About Currant

White flowers followed by fruits in clusters by midsummer. The round fruit is good for jellies, wines, and preserves. For the most fruit production, remove any stems that are more than four years old. These varieties are self-fruitful and resistant to white pine blister rust.
