Both pouch and petals are similarly cream striped with burgundy. Hybrid of C. parviflorum var. parviflorum and C. macranthos f. rebunense, the rare white form of C. macranthos found on Rebun Island in Japan.

Hardy hybrid orchids with pouch-like flowers from a German grower. As with most lady’s slippers, these prefer well-drained but moist garden soil and a spring feeding before they sprout. Semi-shade, no direct sun at midday. Spring bloom.
