45–60 days. Flying saucers with a scalloped edge. Flesh is denser and creamier than other summer squash. A mix of three patty pan varieties: Early White Bush, Bennings Green Tint, and Yellow Bush. Plants are bush type and fruit is best harvested at 2–4" diameter. Open-pollinated.
