About Mossy

Sturdier by far than actual moss, it's perfect for rock gardens, between paving stones, and in the crevices in dry stone walls. Rosettes that stand up like little trees become flushed with red in drought or cool weather. Small white flowers cluster at the tops in spring. Foliage turns copper-colored in fall. Grows between the stone pavers that surround John F. Kennedy’s gravesite.

Also known as least stonecrop.
