About Rosemary
Enhances many meat and vegetable dishes, vinegars, and dressings. Use for a refreshing bath or hair rinse. Likes poor soil, not too much water, and hot sun. Deer-resistant. To over-winter this non-hardy shrub indoors, keep it potted during the summer and place in a south or west window in fall. Do not over-water. Small deep blue-lavender flowers in winter to early spring. Suitable for bonsai.
