About Comtesse de Bouchaud
Rosy pink 4–6" flowers with creamy yellow stamens bloom in a continuous display from June–September. Wavy-edged petals that tend to curl back at the tips give the flowers a rounded appearance. Compact, so a good choice for small spaces. Group 3.
About Clematis
Best in full sun, with roots protected from the hottest midday rays. Climbs by twining leaves that must grab something less than a half-inch in diameter. All clematis are toxic to people and pets. Deer- and rabbit-resistant. Great scrambling through shrubs or other supports, or even as a ground cover.
